Ten2Go operates on a subscription-based model for fitness professionals.

Free Trial

Ten2Go offers a 15-day free trial to new users.

• No payment is charged during the trial period

• The trial starts on the day of account activation

• Unless cancelled before the end of the trial, the subscription will automatically convert to a paid monthly plan

• Only one free trial is permitted per user or business.

Subscriptions and Billing

• Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance

• Payments are processed securely via third-party payment providers such as Stripe

• Subscription fees are charged automatically at the start of each billing cycle

• Prices are displayed in AUD and may be inclusive or exclusive of GST, depending on the applicable tax rules.

Cancellations

• Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time through the user account settings

• Cancellation will prevent future charges

• Access to the platform will remain available until the end of the current billing period

• Once a subscription is cancelled, it will not renew automatically.

Refunds

• Subscription fees already paid are non-refundable

• No refunds are provided for partially used billing periods

• No refunds are issued for unused time following cancellation

• Refunds will only be provided where required under the Australian Consumer Law, including situations where the service fails to meet a consumer guarantee that cannot be excluded by law.

Changes to Plans or Pricing

Ten2Go reserves the right to change subscription plans or pricing at any time. Any changes will take effect from the next billing cycle and will not affect fees already paid.
